Today is Day 6 of the Masterclass
By now I hope you must be feeling so much better and a little lighter. I want to acknowledge that you are doing all you can to be the best you can be, so give yourself a pat on the back! You can’t ask any more from yourself… well done.
Shifting ingrained habits can be a challenge especially if you’ve had them all your life, which is why I have included in today’s Masterclass a section about leaving food on your plate. I know from experience that leaving unfinished food is not an easy task, so read my tips if you too find this a concern.
Make each day count and be strong and stay focused on your goals. Take time to read my section on Portion Distortion as this si often the reason why people are overweight. Eating too much, even healthy food such as fruit, can hinder your weightloss efforts.
