It’s Day 23!
I hope today will be a rewarding day for you.
I always like the quote, “If it is to be, it is up to me”. Losing weight really is all about that; it’s up to you to make this happen. All the support and love in the world is not going to help if you yourself aren’t truly into it. No diet, nor program, no pills or anything else will work unless you do what you need to do to make it happen.
So make today exactly what you want it to be, a step closer to the new you. I know yesterday I talked a bit about fruit and today it feels right to continue on this path and talk about my other most favourite thing to eat and that is vegetables. I love, love my veggies, so I thought it would be good to give you some tips so that i make sure you have your fill of vegetables today and every day.
Remember, this is a special day and you never get it back ever again, so enjoy it to the fullest and be amazing.
