We are now at Day 26!
You’re nearing the end of Week 4 and I want to talk to you about how you can get more activity into your day.
I know that it may be a challenge for you to find the time, or face your fear of exercising, or maybe you’re just a little unmotivated or lazy. Whatever your reason or excuse may be, know that you can lose weight by diet alone, it just takes a lot longer and you also miss out on all the health benefits of being fit.
For speedy and long-term weightloss success I guarantee that exercise will need to be a part of it. I can be a bit lazy sometimes – hey I’m human too. We can all find an excuse but what isn’t easy is not having a good quality of life. Let’s go a little further with this topic and I hope it will encourage you to do exactly what i have done by making sure you move your body at least four or five times a week.
