Hello, hello, hello… what a glorious day.
Today is a day that can be outstanding, great, average, poor or a disaster. So what will you choose? I believe if you want an outstanding day you need to think about what you will do that will be just that: outstanding.
One way to achieve this is to put some activity into your day. Yes, I mean get moving. Put your runners on, get some fresh air. Walk, jog or if you would rather, do a workout. I don’t care what it is you do as long as you get your heart rate up. I want to talk to you more about this today so once you have completed the day’s reading I want you to, if possible, go and do some form of exercise, straight away. While you are working out, spend some time thinking about what else you will do to make this a fabulous day, such as planning your meals and snacks.
