Welcome to Day 12
We are well into Week 2 now and there’s still so much to talk about. I wanted to ask you… why do think you’ve been carrying around those extra kilos?
Is it because you are an emotional eater, eat too much portion-wise or is it a family trait? Well, it may also be because of the habits you have created over the years. If you want to lose wight and keep it off for good, you will need to change any habits that have created this problem in the first place.
By following my Daily Habits, tips, plus motivation and advice over the course of the 28 Day Weightloss Masterclass, you should find that you are changing your routines, decisions and habits for the better. Just remember, I’m not asking you to do anything that I haven’t already done myself – and believe me, if the 100kg Annette way back then could do it, then so can you!
