Welcome to Day 24
I hope your day has started well.
With only a few days to go until you have completed the 28 Day Weightloss Masterclass I want to talk to you about why dieting doesn’t work. I hope you know by now that you shouldn’t focus on dieting but instead embrace a healthy way of life.
When dieting you tend to cut out some food groups, which i believe is wrong. Extreme dieting is so unnecessary, and often carbohydrates are the first thing to go. Because of this today i would like to talk about carbs. I love rice and pasta, and when I hear people say they are not eating and white food such as these I say, well done but how long can you do this? Read my thoughts below and you can then make up your own mind. Enjoy the day ahead.
