Well done for your efforts over the first two weeks of the Masterclass.
One of the common reasons why so many people fail to do what you have been doing over the last 14 days is the excuse that they are “too busy” or they just can’t stick with something longer than a day or a week. But here you are at Week 3 and hopefully going strong!
I know that we are all time-poor and that organising meals, shopping for the right groceries and planning time to exercise does take some extra effort, but at the end of the day you will get the results that you want if you put in the work, aren’t you worth it.
