Welcome to Day 5
Today is such an exciting day; you have now started your fifth day of the Masterclass and are getting a bit closer to creating the new you. Before you know it you will have your fist week completed.
Make today a special day – be excited that you are doing all you can to improve your health and say goodbye to those extra kilos. This isn’t a quick fix; this is a lifestyle change that you are making every day, and you should feel really good about yourself for sticking to it.
I have lots to share with you today including how to eat well across all the major food groups, how to include more calcium in your day, and if you feel apprehensive about getting into exercise then I have some tips that may help.
