Welcome to an important day
You might say, shouldn’t every day be important? Well you’re right – today is important because it’s another chance for you to get closer to your desired outcome.
If you can do the best you can today, then you are that much closer to reaching your ideal weight. I am not interested in what you did yesterday, because that is now in the past. Today is what is important, so focus on what you can do to get through to the end of the day and be able to say “that was a great day and I am proud of myself”.
I am going to touch on a subject today that I believe is one of the most common causes of why someone is carrying extra weight – snacking. Do you suffer from “snack attack syndrom”? If so, I hope today gets you closer to your goals.
