Today is about looking at your habits and bringing some balance to your life. So many times we are busy, stressed or overwhelmed we can forget to focus on ourselves, and don’t make time for cooking or looking after our health. More about that in Today’s Tip.
There are many reasons why we eat and for those of us that obsess about food, being hungry is not the only reason we eat. I want to talk more about this with you today, as it is such an important part of facing our issues and bringing them to the forefront as we need to work through them. I know that once I faced my weaknesses I was able to move ahead, and I want this for you.
