I hope you’re enjoying the Masterclass so far and are feeling strong and motivated.
Today I’ll share some tips with you on how to work with hunger pangs. I know losing weight can leave you feeling a bit hungry at times, which can be a real downer and affect your mood. If you feel like you need some extra support then phoning a friend for a chat could help, or why not listen to the first few days’ motivational tips on this website to help keep you focused.
Over the next few weeks I encourage you to keep your mind busy, and in between meal times stay out of the kitchen as often as you can.
