You’ve reached Week 4 and Day 22 of the Masterclass!
Can you believe it, we are now up to the last week on the Masterclass?
I am so impressed that you are at this point right now and I applaud you for sticking with it for 21 days. I wonder how long it has been since you kept to a healthy eating plan for this length of time.
You are now only seven days away from your final Weigh-In. I hope that your measurement will reflect the effort you have put in, so let’s make the most of this last week of your 28 Day Weightloss Masterclass.
So what do you plan to do today? I believe if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. So think about what you need to do to be in control of your destiny. Being healthy doesn’t mean that you have to isolate yourself from the rest of the world. In fact, I find people love coming to our house for meals as they know they will get tasy and healthy food to eat. This leads me into what i want to chat to you about today; how to have dinner parties at home and eating out and still be able to stay on track.
